Terms of Service
Prototype version — Tampa Bay, Florida.
1. Membership
Founding Membership is $99 per month, billed monthly in advance. Membership is for individuals aged 18 and over. Membership may be frozen for up to 3 months with 30 days notice, and cancelled with 30 days notice.
2. Your monthly experience
Your monthly Via Vita experience is included in your membership. Incidental costs may not be included, such as parking, optional vendor tips, personal purchases, and food or drink not specifically included with the experience.
3. Dates and assignment
Each month you receive several candidate dates and rank your first, second and third choice. Via Vita assigns your date based on those preferences and available capacity. Full experience details are revealed four days before the experience.
4. Credits
Credits may be issued when none of the offered dates work, when an eligible cancellation cannot be rescheduled, or when Via Vita or a vendor cancels without an appropriate replacement. Credits generally expire three months after they are issued.
5. Plus-ones and guests
Plus-ones are subject to availability and an additional charge, and must be requested when you submit your date preferences.
6. Conduct and participation
Members are expected to treat hosts, venues and other guests with respect, and to follow any participation requirements shared in the reveal, including physical, dietary or safety guidance from the host.
7. Prototype notice
Via Vita Club is currently a working prototype. These terms describe the intended operating model and will be replaced with full legal terms before public launch. Nothing here creates a legal guarantee or regulatory representation.
