Membership
What does membership cost?
Founding Membership is $99/month. Founding members lock in that rate for at least one year.
What is included?
Your Via Vita membership includes the cost of your curated monthly experience. You pay the monthly membership fee; the experience itself is included.
What is not included?
Occasional extras may not be covered, including parking, optional vendor tips, gift-shop or personal purchases, and food or drinks not specifically included with the experience.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. Members must be 18 or older. Our members may span a wide range of ages, with many expected to be in their late 20s through mid-50s.
Can I join with a partner, friend, or family member?
Absolutely. You can join alongside someone you know, although your Via Vita experiences may also introduce you to new people.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Membership can be frozen for up to three months with 30 days' notice.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Your membership remains active through the applicable billing period.
Invitations & dates
How do I get my monthly experience?
Each month, you'll receive an invitation with three date options. Rank your first, second, and third choices and tell us if you'd like to bring a plus-one. We'll then assign your experience based on your preferences and availability.
What if none of the dates work?
If none of the offered dates work for you, you'll receive a Via Vita credit that can be used within the following three months.
When do I find out what the experience is?
First we'll confirm your assigned date and time. Four days before your experience, the mystery is revealed: where you're going, when to arrive, parking information, what to wear, what to bring, and anything else you need to know.
What if I can't make my assigned experience?
Let us know as soon as possible. If we can move you to another available experience, we will. When rescheduling isn't possible and the cancellation qualifies under Via Vita's policy, a credit may be issued for use within three months.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Yes, when space is available. Plus-ones are an additional charge and can be requested when you submit your date preferences.
Can someone else use my plus-one spot?
Usually, but let us know first. Some experiences require participant-specific information such as names, dietary restrictions, weight, or other details, and some tickets may not be transferable.
What happens if a vendor cancels?
If a vendor cancels because of weather, a booking issue, or another vendor-side reason, we'll work to reschedule the experience at no additional charge. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, Via Vita may issue a credit.
The experiences
Where do experiences take place?
Experiences are primarily throughout Pinellas and Hillsborough counties, with selected experiences extending into Pasco and Manatee counties.
How far will I travel?
We aim to keep experiences within roughly a 40-minute drive of your home ZIP when practical.
Who else will be there?
Most experiences will include other Via Vita members. Depending on the experience, date, availability, and format, you may sometimes participate alongside non-members, and some experiences may be more individual. We curate with connection in mind, but every experience is different.
How big are the groups?
Many Via Vita experiences will have roughly 6–20 members, but group size depends on the experience and venue.
Can I choose the experience myself?
That's not quite how Via Vita works — and that's part of the fun. You tell us what you're open to, what you'd rather skip, how far you'll travel, and when you're available. We do the discovery, curation, and planning.
Accessibility & gifting
Do you accommodate wheelchair users or other accessibility needs?
We're building a network of experiences with different levels of accessibility. Tell us your needs in your member profile so we can take them into account when matching experiences. Because every venue and activity is different, we'll confirm relevant accessibility details before assignment where needed.
Can I gift a Via Vita membership?
Yes. Via Vita membership can be gifted to anyone 18 or older.
